Mehernosh Bazun Dittia

Mehernosh Bazun Dittia is the founder and Director of Lighthouse Training. He has 26 plus years of work experience and with over 20 years in the field of HR, learning & development, talent development, quality and service excellence.

He has been involved in strategy and deployment with the top management of companies he has worked with in areas of HR recruitment, employee engagement, service excellence, performance management, service quality and talent development and training. He has been responsible for creating and mobilizing the training and Learning and Development vertical on more than two occasions. Before he founded Light House Training his last corporate assignment was with Max Healthcare Institute as Vice President Talent Development. He looked after the training and talent management function for the hospitals in North India.

Mehernosh has also been active in the end delivery of the training modules as well. He is a behavioural trainer by passion and profession. He has designed and delivered a variety of programmes such as feedback, coaching, counselling, sales, soft & behaviour skills, customer care, service excellence voice & accent, team building and leadership programmes. He has consulted and trained for corporate clients across sectors like insurance, railways, oil & gas, banking, IT, ITES, Telecom, Retail & Healthcare.

He has been a senior facilitator in companies like Microsoft, Reliance Telecom, Vertex, IBM Daksh, SBI, RBI, Bharat Overseas Bank, Standard Chartered Bank , Indian Railways and Coca Cola to name a few. In his long career he has worked with varied industries like office automation, Cargo, Travel & Tourism, Learning solutions, ITES, Telecom, Retail and healthcare. He has been associated with brands such as Godrej, Gati cargo, Travel corporation of India, NIS Sparta, Airtel, Vanguard Ltd (BPO), Aditya Birla Retail & Max Healthcare. He has also been a visiting faculty at business schools and technical institutes.

Mehernosh is an MBA with a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM from XLRI. He also has key certifications to his credit such as Certified internal auditor for ISO 9000 Quality Management by TQMI as ( Recognized by IRCA),and also diploma holder in quality and processes by Total Quality Management. He is an assessor of Organizational performance framework and assessment -the Malcom Baldrige way and certified DISC analyst “Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst“ (CPBA). He is also certified NLP practitioner.
