Dinesh Tandon

Mr. Dinesh Tandon has had a distinguished career in management with over forty years of experience in leading public and private sector organizations in India and overseas.

Currently, as Resident Director of Impact Projects in Delhi, Mr. Tandon has overall responsibility for operations and execution of a wide variety of real estate development projects.

Prior to joining the Impact Group in 2005, he was Executive Director and Chief Executive of Mahindra Infrastructure Developers Ltd., a joint venture of the Mahindra Group with International Finance Corporation, Washington, DC, with primary focus on development, promotion and management of infrastructure projects through public private partnerships.

An engineer and MBA, Mr. Tandon began his career as a mechanical engineer with Indian Railways and later moved to strategic planning with Union Pacific Railroads in the USA, From Union Pacific he migrated to management consulting with Booz, Allen & Hamilton, one of the leading management consultants in the USA.

Returning to India, he continued with management consulting with leading firms focussing on operations and strategic management disciplines. His stint as a management consultant has given him an excellent insight into and understanding of a wide range of industries.

Harminder Sahni

Harminder Sahni is Founder and Managing Director of Wazir Advisors – a management consulting firm and has over 20 years of experience in consulting.

Wazir Advisors has been involved in skill development sector with Ministry of Rural Development and has trained and placed more than 10,000 people in last 2 years across manufacturing and services sector.

Harminder has invested in few startups as angel investor and has fully exited from InkFruit ( to SAIF Partners- and part exited from another angel investee company – Capillary ( – to Sequoia Capital and Norwest Venture Partners.

Another angel investment is in Wooqer which has helped over 100 retailers execute on measured learning, SOP implementations and other several thousand applications across India. Latest investment is in Nivaata Systems Private Limited develops location based applications for enterprises and consumers in India.

Harminder has also incubated 2 companies as a primary investor. One is, Tapio Creations ( – a design to delivery service provider to Indian and International brands like Shopper’s Stop, Top Shop, River Island, Myntra etc. Tapio has recently launched its own brand, PEACOT, to offer fashionable western wear to discerning Indian urbane young women.

The other one is YFM Uniform Services ( a school and corporate uniform business.
